Service prepares the table for guests by introducing travertine placemats into the voids of the tablecloth pattern. Upon the placemats rest utensils wrapped in a napkin.

Wine for the meal is also presented here and is accompanied by a single shared wineglass imitating the clinking form of perpetual cheers. The singular shared goblet introduces an aspect of social manipulation as the choices made by one diner directly affect the other.
